No. The 1% listing fee is the commission paid to Sell For One Realty for our full-service representation of you, the seller. As is customary in the industry, the seller also offers a commission to the agent who brings the buyer. While there is no “standard” commission rate, this amount often averages between 2.5% to 3% in the Las Vegas market, but the final amount offered is always your choice.
Our pricing is designed for complete transparency. The only costs are our 1% listing fee and a standard $600 transaction fee, both paid only upon a successful closing. We have absolutely no upfront costs, “junk fees,” or hidden charges. The transaction fee is a common charge that helps us cover essential brokerage compliance, secure file management, and E&O insurance for your protection.
Our Full-Service Guarantee is our written commitment that you will receive the same premium marketing and expert support you’d expect from a top 3% agent—without the 3% fee. Our comprehensive plan includes professional HDR photography, a 24/7 virtual tour, a dedicated property website, full MLS exposure syndicated to all major real estate sites, targeted social media ads, a professional yard sign, a secure SentriLock box, full showing coordination, expert negotiation, and complete transaction management from contract to closing.
